Your package will be shipped within 5 days of receiving the order, unless otherwise stated. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is correct. We do not take responsibility for incorrect information.
When your order of over $25 has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. (Sorry, no tracking number provided for orders under $25). If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations.
